Payment:

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, a safe and secure way to pay for online purchases.  Sorry, we do not accept checks.  Money orders are accepted and must be received within 5 business days of purchase or items will  be returned to stock. 

 

Shipping:

We ship USPS & UPS ground.  Shipping charges are calculated at time of purchase.  Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped after payment is received.   Please call for shipping rates on next day or 2nd day & for shipments made outside the Continental US.  You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been shipped. 

 

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is important to us.  Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit of purchase price.  Sorry no refund or credit on shipping.  For all items, you must contact us for an authorization number in order to return items.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.  Items must be returned in original packaging.  Sorry, no returns on Lampe Berger oils, candles, bath & body products, personalized, custom, vintage items, or sale items.

 

Cancellations:

For cancellation on personalized or custom items, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Custom Orders:

Please print all information clearly.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.

 

Privacy:

A Time for Gifts and Flowers respects your privacy.  We will not share your personal information (i.e. address, email, phone number) with any third parties.
